Electrical Service Technician

Mid-Atlantic Crane & Equipment is located in Raleigh, NC, and has been in business since 1980. We are seeking candidates with an understanding of 3-phase motor controls. This position involves troubleshooting programs and controls, and installing various inverters and radio units on cranes. Minimum Education: Associate Degree in Electrical Technology. Must not be afraid of heights. Some travel required. NCDL and clean driving record required. Must submit to drug test and criminal background checks. The work environment is unique; traveling to different job sites throughout NC, SC, & VA to repair, or inspect overhead cranes. Some of these work environments are hot and dirty while others are pristine and clinical. The cranes are installed high overhead, and the technician utilizes a scissor lift to reach the crane. The Technician must interact with Plant Managers, Company Owners, and Maintenance Managers and must present himself in a professional, competent manner.
