Elecrical Journeyman
This working supervisor oversees daily operations for the New Equipment Wiring team, including scheduling, training, safety, and quality control for crane wiring and installation projects. The role combines hands-on electrical work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring efficient production, troubleshooting, and compliance with OSHA and CMAA standards.
Operations Manager
This position oversees fabrication, wiring, and installation operations for crane and material handling equipment, ensuring seamless execution from shop build to field installation across the Southeastern region. The Operations Manager leads project planning, staff development, safety, and process improvements while coordinating with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality, profitable results.
Service Back Office
This position is responsible for providing proactive customer service through follow-ups on quotes, completed jobs, and purchase orders, ensuring clear communication and scheduling of services. It also supports operations such as job costing, invoicing, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks to maintain accurate and efficient service delivery.
Service Technician
This position is responsible for the daily functions related to service operations. This position will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting/diagnosing field issues, and repairing equipment at customer locations as needed.
New Equipment Sales
At Mid-Atlantic Crane, the role of New Equipment Salesperson includes responsibilities in two separate areas. The first is the selling of new equipment; the second is overseeing the project until a handoff to the Operations Team.
